Great food and service.

Great food. I ordered the chicken strip basket and the chicken strips were close to chicken breasts 😂 they were pretty big. The fries were perfectly done. Not too crispy but not mushy either. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely go back!

The food was Fabulous. Not only that, we called and ordered at 7:05 pm without knowing that their takeout ended at 7:00pm. They happily made us our order and brought it out to our car! The ranch dressing is also amazing! We will be back...Thank You!

I had a great burger and fries for a lunch special of $6.99..im also not a Bloody mary fan..but she whipped up superbly, with a meat stick that was made local..that was very yummy..the bartender was attentive..friendly..and soo cute..a little out of the way from the main highway..BUT WORTH THE VISIT..a must try if ever in Cloquet, Mn..and she had the best Chocolate Chip cokkes..

I was there today for father's day and was I ever pleasantly surprised! They had both their standard fare and a Father's Day Specials menu. Portions were generous, prices were commensurate. Next time I'm in town I will certainly be back!

We are so sad we found Carmen's our last night in Cloquet! They have the best clam chowder!!! Zach was an awesome server! Great atmosphere, food and service!

We went for breakfast. We were greeted warmly, seated immediately, and the coffee was delivered immediately. Now breakfast is a low bar. So the above set the experience for a good review. Meals were ordered, and prepared exactly the way we hoped for. Portion size reasonable, price reasonable, and service exceptional. Yes go here for breakfast.

Always like to stop here when we are in the area. Good food and great service.

In Carmen's defense we never said anything to our server, thus they didn't have an opportunity to correct it. My wife and I stopped for dinner and ordered a burger and a sandwich. The chicken in my wife's sandwich 'tasted very processed' and the onion rings were very crisp and lacked flavor. The fryer may have been too hot or someone missed the timing.Everything else was great. It will NOT stop us from visiting again.

The food was okay but the place was packed! Way too many people and the service was poor. Our food was mixed up and had to be taken back more then once. It tasted okay but if your going to be in the area of cloquet go somewhere else. It's not worth spending much time here unless you just want a drink and time to hang out with friends.

Excellent food, excellent service. The Bloody Mary's are fantastic. Definitely a favorite of mine.

Good place to meet your friends for lunch or dinner

Loved the prime rib special on Saturday nights. Prime rib is sliced think then grilled with your choice of potato and soup/salad. Was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Always a great meal here. Have tried several burgers as well and loved them.

The place was so hot inside it was almost 2 hot to eat. The food was good and the waitress was great. But was too hot

(Cozy, casual, homey feeling.)All dipping sauces are made in house.The fish was fresh, the fries were succulent and the boneless wing sauce was on point.Definitely recommended of you are in the area. Their specialties are sandwiches and burgers; but honestly, the whole menu is good.Will definitely stop by again.

There were 6 of us. We had a variety of food and everything was great, including server. The lighting was not bright, but the most important things, food and service was great! We ate ribs, salad, wings, giant Bavarian pretzel, munster grilled cheese & soup, fries, etc. Place was darn near full and service fast and food hot!

Great value from a huge menu. Delicious food served hot and fast. I was there on a very busy night and expected to have a bit of a wait but our meal was served very quickly. Friendly and attentive staff. I can see why it's a popular local spot.

Very nice spot, our family had a very nice time!

First time in there and I tried a special - bacon mac & cheese omelette; I had high hopes with a less common meal, and found it quite good. There was a mix up on the bread type for toast, but easily fixed.Topped this with a Bloody Mary that was quiet tasty!

My brother-in-law and I were here two weeks ago. We both had liver and onions with mashed potatoes. It was great and a good price. Our waitress was a very nice young lady. I will will go back many times.
